Love the Carrot!
Im kind of a loner exerciser. I like to focus and do my own thing. Not much for positive encouragement in the fitness area either. It all feels like patronization to me. Thats why I love Carrot. I do the 7 minute workout 3-4 times throughout the day and by the end of the day I know Ive gotten a decent workout. Her snarky comments are just the thing to keep me focussed without wussing out. The only thing is I wish there were more workouts to vary between. I bought the booster pack because I didnt want to do the exact same thing 4 times a day. It was work it and I could feel the impact of the other exercises immediately. Im actually recovering on my basement floor as I type this
