Great app! Its very tough at first.
So, dont be discouraged if you cant do all of it in one go.
Give up and try again 2 days later. Keep trying and you will get to level 2.
It gets more difficult, but its always funny. Ive been using it to build more muscle and it works.
Im sure it works for people trying to lose weight as well because Ive built muscle, sweat a lot, and have gotten more fit.
Its also super-funny. Small history facts, insults, etc. Its much like having a nerdy but strong friend saying you can / cant do something. You want to prove it right / wrong.
Give it a go.
Its also very effective because its like being challenged by a bully.
